About the role

Join an international customer support team representing a globally recognised automotive brand. Work fully remote from anywhere in Greece with a stable permanent contract!

What you'll do

— Handle customer interactions via phone, email and chat in German

— Provide accurate information on products and services

— Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues professionally

Requirements

— German C1/C2 or native

— English professional working level

— Previous customer service experience preferred

— Strong communication and problem-solving skills

— Flexibility for rotative schedules (Mon–Sun)

Work Schedule

— Rotational shifts 10:00 – 21:30

— 5 working days + 2 days off

— Schedule provided well in advance
