Your role

Help Dutch-speaking customers with banking services, cards, payments, investments and account management.

What you'll do

— Respond to customer questions professionally
— Assist with banking and payment enquiries
— Troubleshoot card and transaction issues
— Help with app access and account updates
— Escalate more complex cases

Requirements

— Dutch C1/C2 or native level — mandatory
— English B2+ — mandatory
— EU citizenship and valid EU passport — mandatory
— High School Diploma — mandatory
— Strong communication skills
— Good problem-solving abilities
— Customer-focused approach
— Availability for rotational shifts

Schedule

— 40 hours per week
— Monday–Sunday rotations
— Project operates 24/7
