Dutch Customer Support – Work Remotely from Greece

Full-Time | Remote within Greece

About the position

We are looking for Dutch-speaking professionals to provide customer care and technical assistance for consumer technology products.

Your responsibilities

— Communicate with customers through phone, email and chat
— Answer questions about products and services
— Help customers with installation and setup
— Troubleshoot technical issues
— Assist with repairs and other customer requests

Requirements

— Dutch C1/C2 or native — mandatory
— English minimum B2 — mandatory
— EU citizenship + valid EU passport — mandatory
— Excellent communication skills
— Good problem-solving abilities
— Customer service experience is preferred

Schedule

— Monday–Friday
— 10:00–18:00
— Work-from-home training

Relocation Package

Relocating candidates will be based in Athens. If you already live in Greece, remote work is available from anywhere in the country.
