About the role

Provide customer care and technical support for consumer products, including printers and cameras.

What you'll do

— Support customers via phone, email and chat
— Provide product and service information
— Assist with setup and technical troubleshooting
— Handle repair-related and general customer enquiries
— Resolve customer issues professionally

Requirements

— Dutch C1/C2 or native level — mandatory
— English B2 or higher — mandatory
— EU citizenship and valid EU passport — mandatory
— Strong communication and problem-solving skills
— Customer-oriented approach
— Previous customer service experience is an advantage

Work Schedule

— Monday to Friday
— 10:00 – 18:00
— Training from home

Candidates relocating to Greece will be based in Athens. Candidates already living in Greece can work remotely from anywhere in the country.
